How do I place an order?
Ordering takes place in the Galleries. Find the gallery you want photos from and proceed as follows:

A handling fee of $4.50 is added to every order
If you wish to collect your order, you will need to contact us with your PayPal confirmation number within a day of placing your order.
I would like to pay by direct credit or cash. How do I place an order?
In this case you won't be able to use the shopping cart system. Send us a list of the photo numbers i.e DSC_2488, with the quantity and print sizes required through the form on the Contact page.
Where do the prints come from?
We send the images to a photo lab who prints them on Fujifilm Crystal Archive Silver Halide paper. This ensures best colour, longevity and clarity and with up to 75 years archival ability. The photos will also stand up well to dust or skin oil from finger prints.
How long will my order take?
It takes 1-5 days for printing, then 1-3 days for postage.
If you have ordered images to be sent by email, please allow 1-3 days.

What is PayPal and is it safe for ordering?
PayPal is an international e-commerce business allowing payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) to be made through the Internet.
Credit card transactions are handled through the high level PayPal fraud protection system - no information needs to come to the seller.
Buyers can use their existing PayPal account , set up an account if they don't have one or opt not to use a PayPal account at all, PayPal will still accept your payment and direct it to the seller safely.

I have items in my shopping cart that I am not ready to order. How can I make sure I don't order them?
You can change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart that you do not wish to order at the present time or click the remove option in PayPal.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, if you contact us within one day of submitting your order.
I have placed my order and realised I made a mistake. How can I correct it?
Contact us as soon as possible within the day and advise the changes you wish to make.
I haven't received my order yet, how can I find out what's happening?
Orders may take up to two weeks to arrive after processing and posting. Please contact us and we will check with NZ Post if you receive nothing after this time.
If my photograph is damaged or faulty, what can I do?
In the rare instance that upon receipt your photograph has a production fault we will arrange for a reprint. If damage has occured during delivery, although we cannot be held responsbile in this case, in most instances we can arrange for a reprint.
